ICBU-Channel Sales Manager-Malaysia
1. Determines Go-To-Market strategies after market & industry analyzing; Fulfill the annual sales target, enlarge the customer base and fulfill customers' service requestment ; Manage sales budget and sales team.
2. Build up and manage the Channel Sales System, plan channel partner's annual target, financial plan and human resources plan. Increase channel partner's revenue by improving the sales efficiency and productivity;
3. Optimize the sales operation and process by analyzing data, products,industry,organization and competitor; Work with MKT/BD team and make stragegy to have scalable increase and grab the market share.
4. Work with service team, offer high quality training/ service to customers and help customer have better performace on Alibaba plateform.
5. Effectively communicate with head quarter in China, give feedback about sales, operation,competition and products. Localize and execute the head quarter sales strategy with fast action.
1. 6+ years working experience on sales and customer management, internet company 、B2B experience、Import & export trading background as preference;
2. Experience in Channel sales ，Direct sales and service team management, including organization structuring, process planning and commission rules planning;
3. Ability for P&L management and annual sales target planning.
4. Data analyzing ability; understand customers' request by data analyzing , improve sales and service process consistently ;
5. Good communication and resources integration ability.
6.Ability to define service rules and manage third-party service partner.
