Role 1: Search Buyer Experience Product Manager

Design the search and recommendation roadmap to drive customer mindset and commercial strategy; Leverage AI and real-time engineering ability in main search page, Just For You, image shopping, voucher targeting, vertical customer group experience, and etc.

Design mechanism and product strategy to improve arrive UV, search relevance, buyers, retention, active-rate

Define exploration and customer penetration strategy across scenarios (search page, homepage JFY, product detail page JFY, etc.)

In order to succeed in the role, you may ideally have:

Ideally 5+ years’ product management experience in the buyer products (ideally 10 million DAU experience and active-rate operation approach)

Strong educational background in Business Operation / Economics /Computer Science / Statistics

Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographic locations. Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets

Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, open mindset.

Role 2: Search Traffic Engagement and Sale Forecasting Product Manager

Build search seller traffic engagement mechanism and AI seller guiding tools, including supply insights, product quality evaluation, product selection, hot-deal incubation , new seller engagement plan, price-sale forecasting

Build data attribution, monitoring, ROI (engage-return) optimization to drive seller day-to-day engagement on buyer acquisition and operation

Set up traffic engagement operation frameworks and efficiency; Improve target seller coverage, active-rate; accelerate seller growth trend, tool guided order share

In order to succeed in the role, you may ideally have:

Ideally 5+ years’ product management experience in the e-commerce platform and seller traffic mechanism

Strong educational background in Business Operation / Economics /Computer Science / Statistics

Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographic locations. Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets

Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, open mindset.

岗位要求:

Role 3: Vertical Cluster Buyer Penetration Operation

Build vertical customer mindset and diversity vertical domain product features (e.g. Fashion / General Merchandise)

Build and organize cluster buyer facing knowledge tags; Build trending/popular product selection strategies;

Grow cluster customers interest, revisit; cluster customer growth target break-down

In order to succeed in the role, you may ideally have:

Fashion/ General Merchandise industry background and online customer operation experience (strong customer trending mindset)

Strong passion in vertical assortment selection and customer preference trending

Good educational background in Business Operation / Economics /Marketing / Statistics; Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets

Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, open mindset.

Role 4: Search User Mechanism Product Strategy

Buyer product experience in opportunity customer finding, buyer incentive, loyalty management, and P&L optimization

Build Customers engagements in search and recommendation scenarios to drive high arrive UV and revisits

Leverage Free Shipping and voucher strategy to optimize scenario platform total buyer growth

Liaise with internal stakeholders across markets, to introduce frameworks, understand & integrate local business strategies; and get a clear understanding on the opportunities of each market (with country COOs, and Function Heads) and operation approach

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Ideally 3+ years’ user growth, customer engagement, or incentive operation mechanism

Strong understanding in customer status defining, promotion incentive across buyer journey

Strong educational background in Business Operation / Economics / Computer Science / Statistics /Finance

Drive feature release and lead continuous performance improvements, by translating data into actionable insights, and sharing best practice across ventures.
