In our user growth team, you’ll see a group of passionate young souls from the product, channel operations, business operations, strategy, data analytics, and tech background, working collaboratively across six ventures (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam).

岗位描述:

1、根据KPI目标,设计有效的运营方案设计;
2、通过运营手段提升游戏用户参与率,提升用户粘性;
3、关注用户反馈,数据分析等,提出游戏及产品改进建议;
4、推动游戏与电商业务玩法结合的运营手段,通过游戏有效提升对电商业务的影响;

1. Be responsible for the operation of interactive businesses in 6 countries(ID, VN, PH, MY, SG, TH) in SEA, formulate a complete operation plan, and actively promote it
2. Analyze and summarize the effects of activities, user feedback, and operational data, and make product operation optimization plans
3. Assist in completing the localization of interactive business, docking and coordinating the resources of the product team and the local operation team

岗位要求:

1、8年以上相关工作经验,有电商平台运营经验优先;
2、数据敏感度高,有较好的数据分析能力;
3、关注用户,了解用户需求,能根据用户反馈、数据结论进行有效的运营;
4、了解东南亚用户宗教、文化习惯,对于新加坡等国家产品设计熟悉;
5、英语沟通能力好者优先;

1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas study, or work experience is preferred
2. 8 year+ of working experience in overseas operations
3. Familiar with the Internet usage habits of SEA users, and have a certain sensitivity to market hotspots
4. Have some insights about user growth
5. Ability to use both Chinese and English as a working language
