Responsible for producing compelling technical content that reflects current industry trends.
Create, edit, proofread and maintain web content, such as site navigation, product descriptions, solution architecture descriptions and partner testimonials.
Work closely and build relationships with key stakeholders throughout the product development process to ensure consistency across all content.
Website operations: analyze website data to track key metrics and use key insights as a basis for webpage optimization.
Responsible for managing and updating the website content through Content Management Systems. Including tracking online conversions and analyzing webpage data.
Establish high-level concept design for the website from a content perspective.
Support marketing efforts by writing content for banner ads, and landing pages to support product and service activities.
Update and maintain copy guidelines to ensure the website has a consistent language, tone, and voice throughout all assets as well as wider external marketing communications.
Minimum of BA/BS degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience writing highly professional documentation. Preferably in the IT, software, internet industry (all applicants will be asked to submit a portfolio of previous work).
An understanding of content marketing, content strategy and user experience design.
Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.
A background in IT, computer science and/or cloud computing.
A motivated self-starter and a competent researcher who can extract technical information and organize it into concise and structured content with a logical flow that speaks to the target audience.
Experience using back-end content management systems and website test environments.
Good project coordination skills, highly team spirited, positive can-do attitude, can work to tight deadlines.
Culturally sensitive and has the ability to communicate and work across different cultures.
Native English speakers only. Basic level of Mandarin is not required, but preferred.
