1.Be responsible for the operation of JP.AlibabaCloud.com
2.Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
3.Design, build and maintain social media presence
4.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
5.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
6.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
7.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
8.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
9.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 10.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel
11.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
12.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
1.Over 3 years working experience in a web marketing environment and knowledge of Internet market and future development/or 2+ working experience in industry website dedicated in B2B/B2C industry sector or internet company.
2.At least bachelor degree with 4-year based university education in marketing, digital marketing or computer application from a leading institution.
3.Be familiar with digital marketing tools, including SEO/SEM/DSP/Affiliate Marketing/Media Buy etc. Experience using international and Japanese marketing platforms like Google Adwords, Yahoo JP preferred.
4.Big passion in internet world and like to try new things; creative thinking.
5.Proven skills on market case study, project management and influencing capability; good analytical and problem solving skills.
6.Strong communication skills, and able to get ideas across to all levels within the organization.
7.Strong analytical skills, able to analyze trend and deep dive for optimization opportunities.
8.Highly motivated self-starter and initiator.
9.Experience working with international agencies, industrial media or B2B/B2C experiences are preferred.
