Implement Alibaba Cloud International website traffic and digital marketing strategies according to the company positioning and strategic plans
Enhance the site value and stickiness, improve user and business activity, increase transaction volume and traffic for the site.
Responsible for monitoring the traffic and digital marketing performance report and analyzing all types of operational data to propose improvement programs
Responsible for marketing promotion, including, but not limited: SEM, SEO, DSP, Affiliate and EDM etc.
Business development and co-responsible for the site to establish better business relationship with other sites and platforms, expand and increase users and traffic channels
Managing third party agencies worldwide, responsible for evaluating their work and ensure their work is aligned with company goal and standard
3+ years working experience in a web marketing environment and knowledge of Internet market and future development/or 2+ working experience in industry website dedicated in B2B/B2C industry sector or internet company.
At least bachelor degree with 4-year based university education in marketing, digital marketing or computer application from a leading institution
Be familiar with digital marketing tools, including SEO/SEM/DSP/Affiliate Marketing/Media Buy etc. Experience using international marketing platforms like Google Adwords preferred.
Big passion in internet world and like to try new things; creative thinking
Proven skills on market case study, project management and influencing capability; good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, and able to get ideas across to all levels within the organization
Strong analytical skills, able to analyze trend and deep dive for optimization opportunities
Highly motivated self-starter and initiator
Experience working with international agencies, industrial media or B2B/B2C experience is preferred.
Native in Chinese and Fluent in English
