Alibaba Global Leadership Academy (AGLA) is the umbrella organization responsible for developing unique talent programs for various levels within Alibaba Group, dedicated to nurturing the global skills and mindset required for international growth.
Alibaba Global Talent Development Program (AGTD):
The AGTD program is under AGLA and is the latest program aimed at developing global talents in Alibaba.
Through 2 years within Alibaba’s core business units at the headquarters in Hangzhou, combined with classroom and experiential learnings, AGTD members will gain in-depth business knowledge and cultural experience at Alibaba. We expect AGTD graduates to take critical roles in the businesses which are highly impactful in Alibaba’s globalization journey.

We also ask all applicants to have:
• At least 3-5 years of work experience
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (HSK-4 equivalent and above)

We are looking for a future leader who will work with our core data intelligence team, with domain knowledge of product management and data science
1. Build a data-content construction platform and a data-service platform to promote business digitalization; Build an intelligent operation platform to promote data intelligence and commercialization;
2. Abstract business requirements, provide product solutions for users through platforms and algorithm, and produce PRD (Product Requirement Document) and DEMO (demonstration) based on user scenarios;
3. Develop platform product planning and phase objectives, coordinate the cooperation with product partners, monitor the implementation of product partners, and promote product landing.
1. 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager of complex data-platform product
2. Track record of roadmaps for technical products, with capability of product architecture planning, data modeling, data management, data analysis, data mining and big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Flink, Storm, etc.)
3. Proficiency in various commonly-used machine learning and data mining algorithms, JAVA technology is preferred
4. Experience in e-commerce or other Internet product design is a plus
5. Self-driven, adaptive to change, and result-oriented
6. Strong communication skills and ability to influence other teams
7. Fluent in both English and Chinese
