岗位描述:

Strategy & Planning:
-Responsible for the planning and evolution of our general business strategy, lead and involve in department's management, integration, and implementation of sales/operations processes to ensure the whole business has the proper operational cadence, budgeting, people, and tools, identify and draw clear market development and operations objectives to guarantee a steady growth of our business.
-Lead go-to-market modelling, budget planning, compensation/quota planning, team & headcount planning, etc. Communicate and help leaders from Sales and Ops on executing related initiatives.
Analytics & Insight:
-Based on our business objectives ,coordinate measurement and reporting of all key business metrics and goals across all sales and operational processes, manage quarterly and annual performance management reviews. Construct key business reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, reports and other reviews.
-Conducting deep dive analysis and provide insights to the whole team in order to align our sales and operations with tactics and to ensure effective execution of our business plan.
Cross Function Collaborations & Project Management:
-Develop strong relationships and partnered with leaders from Sales and Ops and provide them with knowledge and insight on operations, management and the vision necessary to ensure a long term growth and prosperity of our business, assist in connecting and managing different stakeholders on any key projects or cross-function collaborations.

-负责部门整体业务的规划和改革,为部门团队的管理、协同和运营提供策略和协助,保证业务和团队的健康运作,包括运营流程、预算管理、人员规划和产品规划等方面。精准分析并提出清晰的市场发展战略和运营策略,保证业务的稳定增长。
-负责部门业务的市场策略制定,预算规划、销售奖励/佣金架构、团队人员规划等,和各销售及运营团队负责人保持紧密沟通,清晰传达业务策略并协助执行。
-根据策略和业务目标,详细研究业务的销售和运营情况,制定完备的业务指标和数据报告,负责部门的季度、年度业绩总结和汇报,搭建部门的数据门户推动数据化运营,提供各类数据报表,研究报告和其他总结分析等。
-对业务进行研究分析并为部门提供深刻洞察,利用数据赋能销售和运营,保证业务策略在各销售及运营流程中的高效落实。
-与各销售和运营团队负责人建立紧密的合作关系,紧密沟通业务的运营、管理和长远规划,保证各团队的协同一致和业务的长远发展,帮助各团队与外部合作团队之间建立沟通合作,带领跨部门的项目协作。

岗位要求:

-Have strong leadership and solid working experience in doing business planning, financial planning and/or GTM modeling for sales organization, with strong narrative writing and presentation skills.
-Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
-Analytical and proven track record in using data and analysis to drive strategy and make decisions.
-Experience analyzing data and communicating the results to business leaders.
-Experience in Sales commission plans and compensation plan design.
-Excellent cross group communication and collaboration skills.
-Savvy with MS Office Suite and SQL, experience with other BI/data tools(R, Python etc.) is a big plus.

-有销售运营领导经验和丰富的业务规划、财务规划或市场策略制定的经验,卓越的结构化思维能力和沟通展示能力。
-逻辑清晰,有多任务处理能力,能够在快速变化的环境中适应并保证高效工作。
-有研究分析和利用数据驱动业务的经验,能够清晰传达结论给个管理人员,提高决策效率。
-有销售财务管理、销售佣金方案制定或者销售团队管理的经验。
-有高效沟通和跨部门合作的经验能力。
-熟悉MS办公软件和SQL,有其他数据分析软件(如R、Python等)使用经验优先。
